About The Position

ModMed is seeking a Marketing Operations Business Partner to serve as the strategic glue between our Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, you’ll be the "business owner" of our tech stack, ensuring our lead lifecycle is seamless and our data is bulletproof. As the Marketing Operations Business Partner, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing initiatives to ensure they translate into actionable pipeline and revenue. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS-based company, with a proven track record of managing lead lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, including lead scoring, multi-touch attribution, and automated routing.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience acting as a liaison between marketing and sales leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep technical foundation in marketing technology and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and document scalable operational processes (SOPs).

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications in Salesforce (Admin) or Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot); experience in the SaaS or healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Audit the end-to-end lead lifecycle to ensure 100% tracking accuracy and resolve "leaky" conversion points.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between our sales and marketing departments, translating sales feedback into actionable marketing process improvements.
  • Design and optimize lead scoring models and automated routing logic to ensure the highest-value prospects reach the sales team quickly.
  • Set standards for data hygiene and oversee lead source attribution to accurately capture marketing’s impact on revenue.
  • Evaluate workflows to reduce friction and identify opportunities to leverage new tools or AI features to improve efficiency.
  • Develop standard, scalable processes for lead handling and lead the rollout of new funnel processes to ensure consistent execution across the organization.
