About The Position

Verily Health is a data platform and technology company focused on AI-enabled precision health solutions to accelerate research and improve care. The company transforms multimodal health data into insights, models, and actions for more personalized, predictive, and precise healthcare. As an Administrative Business Partner, you will provide high-level administrative support to clients and manage operational tasks, ensuring seamless business execution. This role requires strong communication, business judgment, and networking skills to support and interact with various people across multiple business functions. The position requires a minimum of 3 full days per week in the San Bruno office, with occasional work in the Mountain View office. You will support the Chief Marketing Officer and 1-2 other senior leaders in the Marketing organization, handling heavy calendaring, travel planning, expense management, and coordination for leadership meetings. You may also be asked to take notes, record action items, and take ownership of small projects, demonstrating technical proficiency and project management skills.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of direct executive/senior leadership support experience.
  • Expertise in fundamental administrative tools and processes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, tech environment.
  • Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide excellent administrative support to leadership, fostering efficiency and enabling focus on strategic priorities.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel logistics, & process expense reports, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries and information dissemination.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with peers and partners, contributing to mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve administrative workflows for efficiency.
  • Take notes and record action items from meetings on behalf of the leaders.
  • Take ownership of small projects as needed.
