About The Position

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing the Bank's marketing, branding, public relations, and community engagement strategies. This position promotes the Bank's products and services, enhances brand awareness, manages community partnerships, and supports business growth through effective marketing and communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of marketing, public relations, banking, or related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of marketing, advertising, branding, and community relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to represent the Bank professionally in the community.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and community outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the Bank's strategic goals.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels.
  • Coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, and product marketing initiatives.
  • Manage website content, social media platforms, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, brochures, and customer communications.
  • Serve as the Bank's primary public relations representative.
  • Manage sponsorships, donations, and community partnerships.
  • Coordinate community outreach programs, financial literacy initiatives, and customer appreciation events.
  • Represent the Bank at community, civic, and networking events.
  • Promote and strengthen the Bank's reputation and visibility within the communities served.
  • Plan and coordinate Bank-sponsored events and promotional activities.
  • Develop content for advertising, social media, press releases, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support new product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Coordinate with advertising, media, design, and promotional vendors.
  • Monitor marketing expenses and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure advertising and marketing materials comply with applicable regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
  • Maintain records of marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and advertising activities.
