About The Position

As the Chief Marketing Officer at Campione Law, you will be the architect behind a transformative marketing strategy that aligns with the firm’s growth objectives. This role is pivotal in consolidating marketing efforts, providing comprehensive oversight, and driving brand engagement across various channels. You will lead the charge in crafting strategies that enhance the firm's visibility and expand its market reach, directly impacting our growth and client service excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Senior Director, VP, Head of Marketing, or agency leadership experience will also be considered for candidates who have owned strategy, budgets, vendors, teams, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding across multiple marketing disciplines, including digital, brand, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with significant marketing budgets and strategic allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Skilled in establishing KPIs and evaluating external partnerships for efficacy.
  • Strong capability in using data to drive marketing decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in launching brands into new markets.
  • Ability to inspire and manage a marketing team, building a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Campione Law’s business objectives.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts across digital, paid advertising, social media, out-of-home, radio/TV, content, PR, and vendor-managed campaigns.
  • Manage the entirety of Campione Law’s brand positioning, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Conduct market research and develop strategies for entry into new geographic areas, creating tailored campaigns to build local awareness.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure top-tier service delivery and ROI.
  • Audit tools such as Lead Docket, CallRail, intake analytics, and campaign reporting to track cost per lead, cost per signed case, lead quality, channel performance, market performance, and vendor ROI.
  • Build and develop an in-house marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Guide the social media strategy to align with broader firm goals, enhancing engagement and reach.
