About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, energetic Marketing Manager & Content Creator to help showcase everything happening at our dealership, from new vehicle arrivals and customer deliveries to community events, employee spotlights, and behind-the-scenes moments. This isn’t a desk job where you’ll be staring at spreadsheets all day. You’ll be out in the dealership, creating content, talking to people, capturing great moments, and helping us grow our online presence.

Requirements

  • Comfortable being on camera and talking to people.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Strong photography and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to create.
  • Organized enough to keep multiple projects moving.
  • Positive attitude and a sense of humor.

  • Automotive knowledge is a bonus, but creativity is more important.
  • Your camera roll is completely full.
  • Friends ask you to help with their social media.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Website.
  • Film and edit videos including vehicle walkarounds, new inventory spotlights, employee features, customer delivery videos, community events, and trending/funny social media content.
  • Take photos of vehicles, staff, events, and dealership happenings.
  • Write funny captions, posts, and marketing copy that actually gets people to stop scrolling.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar.
  • Work with sales, service, parts, office, and management teams to find great stories worth sharing.
  • Track social media performance and suggest new ideas to grow engagement and followers.
  • Help coordinate dealership events, promotions, sponsorships, and community involvement.
  • Bring fresh ideas.
