About The Position

This position is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic online and print marketing plan for CSM Corporation’s lodging department. Takes ownership of event planning and management in an effort to build relationships with brokers, vendors and any other groups of business interest for CSM. The position is also responsible for maintaining CSM’s website, coordinating sponsorship efforts and any other external marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic online and print marketing plans.
  • Plans and manages events to build relationships with brokers, vendors, and other business interests.
  • Maintains the company website.
  • Coordinates sponsorship efforts and other external marketing initiatives.
  • Presents marketing plans and strategies to the sales and marketing department.
  • Stays informed about changes in the online marketing environment.
  • Conducts market research and arranges online transactions to increase business.
  • Manages website, online advertising, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversees research, evaluation, and audit of existing business-related websites.
  • Leads and directs the work of others within the department.
  • Develops new marketing associates through training, coaching, delegation, and supervision.
  • Reviews and edits the work of others to ensure clarity, thoroughness, and brand consistency.
  • Improves processes and efficiency for the marketing department.
  • Develops and maintains marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Oversees marketing and promotional activities.
  • Coordinates the design process of marketing materials.
  • Creates marketing brochures for the leasing team.
  • Supports or leads other Sales and Marketing projects as assigned.
  • Looks for ways to improve and streamline processes.
