About The Position
Dade Electric Service is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing and brand development efforts. This role will be responsible for managing digital marketing, proposal support, brand visibility, and marketing communications that support business development and project growth. The Marketing Manager will work closely with company leadership, project teams, and business development personnel to promote the company’s services and strengthen its presence across South Florida.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with website management and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in construction, engineering, or contractor marketing
- Familiarity with proposal development and RFP responses
- Experience with social media management and digital advertising
Nice To Haves
- Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services
- Manage and update the company website and digital presence
- Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, and project profiles
- Support proposal preparation and qualification packages for bids
- Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze marketing performance and engagement
- Maintain and organize project photography and marketing assets
- Assist with branding, advertising, and company messaging
- Support participation in industry events, trade organizations, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives
