Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing, marketing operations, event marketing, or project coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
  • High degree of ownership, follow-through, and accountability
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and outside partners
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and The Media Trust’s role within it.
  • Experience with adtech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or adjacent B2B environments preferred
  • Practical mindset: energized, collaborative, and focused on execution over flash

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute marketing activities, campaigns, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events
  • Define and own calendars, timelines, budgets, project plans, and deliverables
  • Partner with sales, product, leadership, and external vendors to ensure initiatives are aligned, on track, and on budget
  • Manage event logistics, communications, materials, and follow-up activities
  • Define and create collateral, presentations, case studies, and other go-to-market assets
  • Track and manage program execution and provide updates on status, milestones, and results
  • Identify ways to improve marketing processes, organization, and team efficiency
  • Keep stakeholders informed and accountable so work gets done
