About The Position

Mr. Greens is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy. The primary focus of this role is to drive market expansion, customer growth, and revenue. This position is responsible for brand strategy, demand generation, digital and product marketing, and go-to-market initiatives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Director of Communications to ensure a consistent customer-facing brand experience, while clearly differentiating marketing activities from corporate communications.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fast learner with the capability to quickly grasp new processes and systems.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue goals.
  • Plan and execute demand generation and lead acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and social platforms.
  • Manage product marketing initiatives, including positioning, launches, and sales enablement materials.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics; optimize strategies based on insights and data.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external partners.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing programs (digital, social, email, advertising, events) focused on lead generation and customer retention.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and vendors for campaign execution.
  • Manage lead generation & ROI measurement (integrated with HubSpot & website).
  • Define and track KPIs to measure marketing performance and ROI.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to ensure offers are positioned effectively for target audiences.
  • Oversee photography, creative production, and content standards.
