THE ROLE The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the organization and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of the revenue goals and lines of business for the venue. This role will focus on campaign management, content creation, and leveraging venue owned assets to drive growth while ensuring all strategies consistently align with the Legends Global Marketing Network standards of excellence. This position operates within a collaborative dual reporting structure – reporting directly to the venue General Manager while maintaining a strategic connection upward through the Legends Global Marketing Network. Responsibilities may shift dynamically through technology and AI integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of marketing and/or content creation experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with live entertainment or professional sports preferred.
  • Knowledge of market preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, including revenue
  • Create, implement, and measure omnichannel marketing campaigns including email, social, paid media, and events.
  • Oversee development of content for sales materials, website, and digital platforms.
  • Assists with public relations activities.
  • Places advertising for event marketing.
  • Handles press-related duties during events.
  • Maintains organized content and asset libraries.
  • Collaborate with venue tenant marketing team and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.
  • Track and achieve KPIs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
