Marketing Manager

Target HospitalityThe Woodlands, TX

About The Position

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can think like an agency and execute like an operator. This role will work closely with the SVP of Marketing on brand strategy and positioning—then bring it to life through campaigns, content, digital execution, and events. You will be responsible for activating and scaling our brands across multiple industry sectors—including digital infrastructure, energy, and government services—while driving brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth. This is not a pure strategy role—and not a pure execution role. It requires both. This role will also manage a Marketing Coordinator and help scale marketing output across the organization. Why This Role Matters We are operating at the intersection of major macro trends—AI, digital infrastructure, energy, domestic resource development, and others. As projects move into more remote and complex environments, how we build brand awareness, activate our positioning, generate demand, and support sales becomes a critical differentiator. This role will help bring that to life.

  • Experience supporting B2B, infrastructure, or complex service-based businesses
  • Proven experience in campaign development, brand awareness, lead generation, and event marketing

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Strong creative writer and storyteller
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution quickly and effectively
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and brand discipline
  • Thinks like an owner, not a coordinator
  • Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Moves fast, but with intention
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building as they go
  • Understands how marketing drives real business outcomes—not just activity
