About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and forward-thinking marketing professional to drive digital performance across our growing hotel portfolio. This role demands a highly organized, creative, and data-driven professional who can align targeted marketing activities with revenue strategy to ensure maximum occupancy, optimal ADR, and sustained RevPAR growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online visibility, managing digital assets, and optimizing campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, or revenue-adjacent marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable performance impact.
  • Strong understanding of core hospitality revenue concepts, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market segmentation, and portfolio-level performance drivers.
  • Working knowledge of OTA advertising platforms (Koddi, Expedia TravelAds), Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, and creative tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent combination of education and directly related experience considered).
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency to successfully manage multiple hotels, campaigns, and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for property visits, brand trainings, and industry events.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Hotel Digital Marketer (CHDM) designation or active pursuit of a comparable certification.
  • Experience supporting extended-stay hotels, multi-brand portfolios, grand openings, or asset recovery plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize high-impact sponsored digital advertising campaigns across major OTA and brand-supported platforms, including Koddi and Expedia TravelAds.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, bid strategies, and budget allocations. Proactively adjust campaigns based on market demand, need periods, grand openings, and ramp-up plans to maximize revenue contribution.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams to align marketing spend, promotions, and messaging with property-level rate strategies and demand forecasts.
  • Maintain, audit, and optimize the portfolio’s presence across Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, OTA listings, and brand channels. Oversee online reputation and ensure brand-appropriate, timely review responses.
  • Develop, edit, and maintain compelling property descriptions, promotional copy, email content, and digital creative. Coordinate photography and visual asset needs for new openings or renovations, maintaining an organized digital asset library.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly campaign reports. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to present actionable, data-backed recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure all digital content, creative assets, and marketing activities strictly comply with applicable brand standards and corporate requirements.
