The Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director and will be crucial in driving the go-to-market (GTM) planning and marketing strategy for ALDO’s key franchise partners. This role involves managing projects according to the GTM schedule, conducting market research, coordinating with external agencies, and collaborating with internal teams, franchise, and wholesale partners to boost the brand and achieve global and regional objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, results-oriented, analytical, diplomatic, action-driven, skilled in building cross-functional relationships, and possesses marketing experience from either a brand or agency background. Strong business acumen, digital knowledge, and exceptional communication skills are also required.
