About The Position

Axiom is seeking a Marketing Manager who will own the brand and serve as the primary marketing contact. This role involves transforming all company activities into compelling stories, working at the intersection of sales, leadership, project managers, designers, and partners. The position requires capturing and editing photography and short-form video, managing a digital asset library, developing marketing strategies, and shaping the company's voice across various platforms. The Marketing Manager will also play a key role in strengthening internal culture and identifying external community engagement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or a related creative role.
  • Professional photography experience with a strong portfolio showcasing architecture, interiors, fabrication, construction, hospitality, events, or commercial work.
  • Experience capturing and editing both photography and short-form video for digital marketing.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries, photography archives, and project documentation using consistent file structures and metadata.
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts and an eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
  • Experience managing websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and content calendars.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple formats.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, creative, and leadership teams.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Lightroom, Photoshop, and InDesign).
  • Self-starter comfortable owning the entire marketing function while collaborating across departments.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to find compelling stories in everyday work.

Responsibilities

  • Capture photography and short-form video of projects, behind-the-scenes moments, employee spotlights, and events.
  • Create imagery and video content for the website, social media, sales materials, award submissions, PR features, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize the company's library of photography, video, and project documentation, ensuring assets are cataloged, tagged, and archived.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, identifying key projects, partnerships, and milestones for promotion.
  • Collaborate with PR partners and local organizations on media features and collaboration opportunities.
  • Align messaging with clients to ensure accurate storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create polished presentations using marketing assets.
  • Update and maintain the company website portfolio with fresh photography and project stories.
  • Shape the company's voice and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Plan social media campaigns, edit visual assets, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Design Studio to create visual assets for marketing purposes.
  • Strengthen internal company culture by connecting departments, encouraging collaboration, and recognizing team accomplishments.
  • Document company culture through photography and share industry insights.
  • Identify opportunities for external community engagement through events, partnerships, and speaking opportunities.
  • Build relationships with writers, bloggers, influencers, photographers, and industry partners.
