About The Position

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales enablement. You’ll oversee campaign planning, content creation, and team collaboration to ensure Benson’s marketing efforts are innovative, impactful, and aligned with business goals. Your work will directly influence how Benson is perceived in the marketplace, helping to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones. By crafting compelling campaigns and leading a high-performing team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and positioning Benson as a leader in integrated marketing solutions. Your strategic insights and creative execution will shape how our brand connects with audiences across digital and traditional channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role with a focus on digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills across platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Experience with CRM systems, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, direct mail, and digital platforms.
  • Lead content creation efforts including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and promotional messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and sales enablement.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution with strong ROI.
