About The Position

The Marketing Manager supports key marketing initiatives that drive traffic and brand engagement across our network of stores. This role works closely within the Marketing Team to create and manage art elements for social media and other digital channels —ensuring messaging resonates with our customer base. This role partners with the Digital Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to deliver impactful creative assets and manages in-store fuel partner signage to maintain standards.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in media management, digital marketing, or related field.
  • The ability to multitask, as well as prioritize and delegate activities as needed.
  • A history of being detail oriented because the smallest details matter.
  • Demonstrated ability to use creative thinking to bring new ideas.
  • Flexible ability to pivot when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing Team for social media and other digital channels content.
  • Work with Graphic Designer on creation and delivery of creative files.
  • Manage Fuel Partner Brands in-store signage.
  • Program digital signage at the store level.
  • Coordinate Out-of-Home (OOH) billboard campaigns.
  • Lead marketing efforts for Grand Openings.
  • Manage and enhance brand consistency across all content.
  • Additional projects/tasks as assigned.
