This role requires someone who can generate ideas, identify opportunities, and take initiative to implement them, combining creative thinking with strong planning and execution skills. The ideal candidate must be able to navigate between big-picture strategy and day-to-day implementation, demonstrating strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email strategy, and content development
  • Proven ability to generate and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to develop fresh ideas
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand direction
  • Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the brand through new initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, product development, and operations
  • Proactively generate marketing ideas that engage and inspire customers
  • Conceptualize showroom experiences, promotions, and campaigns that drive interest
  • Present ideas with clear execution plans and defined outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and launch of new initiatives across the business
  • Lead the creation and execution of campaigns across email, social media, website, and in-store experiences
  • Ensure all content reflects the Shabby Fabrics brand with consistency and quality
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar in partnership with the Senior Project Manager
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and execution to ensure projects stay on track
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data to refine strategies and improve results
  • Stay current on industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen market position
  • Work closely with internal teams to bring marketing initiatives to life
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team environment
  • Develop strategies that deepen customer relationships and build long-term loyalty
  • Ensure all customer-facing communication is engaging and aligned with brand voice
