About The Position

Bulley & Andrews (B&A) is seeking a seasoned marketer to join their team as a Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, enjoys brand development, and values a great team dynamic. As a strategic member of the staff, the marketing manager will be responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives, including RFP/RFQ responses, presentation creation, social media management, video production, website management, collateral design, and supporting CRM databases. The position also involves executing the annual marketing plan, crafting award submissions, planning events, and coordinating project photography. B&A is a family-owned construction firm with a strong legacy, known for its commitment to client service, technical expertise, and strong relationships within the trade partner community.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communication or a business-related field
  • Five or more years of experience
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Capability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Proven experience leading and executing digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask with changing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • A/E/C industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing purview for the production of best-in-class responses to RFPs and RFQs
  • Collaborating on the creation of winning presentations for shortlist interviews, both virtual and in-person, with an emphasis on strategic differentiation
  • Managing B&A’s social media channels including content creation and driving engagement
  • Overseeing production of corporate videos supporting our mission statement and core values
  • Managing corporate websites
  • Designing and creating marking collateral such as brochures, case studies and digital assets
  • Reviewing and approving content and graphics developed by the marketing team
  • Supporting the maintenance of CRM and project databases
  • Providing input, evaluation and execution of annual marketing plan
  • Identifying and crafting compelling industry award submissions
  • Planning and executing internal and external special events
  • Coordinating professional project photography
  • Performing additional duties, as required
