About The Position

KnowledgeBrief is a leadership and management training provider specializing in apprenticeship delivery, leadership development, business competency training, and professional skills development. Through apprenticeships, digital learning, workshops, coaching, and practical development programs, we help individuals and organizations build the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities they need to grow and succeed. Our vision is to inspire existing professionals and the next generation of leaders through high-impact learning experiences that empower great leadership at every level. We are a values-driven organization with a strong focus on innovation, authenticity, inspiration, and relationships, creating meaningful impact for our learners, clients, colleagues, and partners. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing function during an exciting period of organizational growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set a clear marketing direction and personally help turn that direction into effective activity. Starting as a standalone role, you will grow a team while remaining closely involved in planning, creating, launching, and improving campaigns across the full marketing mix. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a marketing strategy that generates qualified employer leads, strengthens our brand, and supports measurable commercial growth. This will require more than overseeing activity: you will bring structure to competing priorities, develop creative and practical ideas, and ensure campaigns move successfully from concept through to delivery, measurement, and improvement. Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Digital, Curriculum, and Design, you will help connect marketing activity with sales priorities, customer needs, and organizational objectives. You will use data, insight, and feedback to understand what is working, improve lead quality, and make informed decisions about where the team should focus its time and budget. This opportunity would suit a confident and resourceful marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and wants to make a visible impact within a growing organisation.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and making effective decisions about resources and investment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to bring structure and focus to multiple priorities
  • The creativity and commercial judgement to test new ideas and turn innovation into practical, measurable marketing activity
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define meaningful KPIs, interpret performance data and make evidence-based decisions
