This role requires a hands-on executor who can write copy, deploy multi-channel campaigns, manage the CRM, and maintain websites. The Marketing Manager will build integrated marketing plans and a comprehensive calendar in collaboration with event teams, balancing individual event needs with the broader brand story. This position also involves managing and developing one direct report (Event Coordinator) and coordinating with internal teams (Web, Data Analytics, Central Marketing, Operations) to enhance campaign effectiveness and maintain alignment. Additionally, the role includes building and managing relationships with media partners, industry associations, and vendors to increase visibility within the global marine finance community. The Marketing Manager will monitor KPIs, market data, and budget performance to refine strategy and report on results, while remaining agile to adapt plans mid-cycle.
