The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, digital, paid media, and in-venue promotions. This role will also lead event marketing efforts to drive ticket sales and attendance, monitor ticket sales performance, and adjust marketing strategies as needed. The Marketing Manager will create and manage digital and social content, graphics, and materials, while also maintaining the company website, social channels, and content assets. Additionally, the position supports revenue initiatives such as premium seating and private events, executes email campaigns with targeted audience strategies, and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to report campaign performance. The role also involves supporting Public Relations (PR) efforts, coordinating media needs during events, and acting as a liaison between venue departments and corporate marketing. Managing timelines, calendars, and campaign deliverables is a key aspect of this position.
