ODL is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the full go-to-market lifecycle, from annual planning through post-launch analysis, in close partnership with Product Management and Sales. This role serves as ODL's internal authority on products and markets, translating category knowledge into clear positioning, messaging, and sales tools that differentiate from the competition. The Marketing Manager will build and execute a multi-channel content strategy to strengthen the brand and deliver a consistent customer experience. They will champion the voice of the customer through feedback loops, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies and sales enablement materials. Additionally, this role will establish and manage a digital media framework, design and execute a tradeshow strategy, lead Annual Product Catalog development, and develop and optimize Omni-Channel marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will stay close to the market through ongoing customer engagement, translating insights into smarter marketing strategies and keeping the sales team informed on trends and shifts.
