The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing strategic marketing initiatives to drive qualified traffic, tours, and leasing performance across communities within their portfolio. This role serves as both the regional marketing expert, supporting both lease-up and stabilized communities through data-driven decision-making and the digital lead for Gables.com, stand-alone websites, and Martech tools. The Marketing Manager partners closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Asset Management, Technology, and third-party partners to maximize traffic opportunities, improve customer experience, and enhance leasing outcomes. Responsibilities include oversight of internet listing sites, Gables.com, marketing technologies, reporting tools, and emerging platforms, while leveraging data and performance insights to optimize results and identify opportunities for growth and profitability. Success in this role requires strong analytical and project management skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and a passion for innovation, customer experience, and evolving marketing technologies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ownership groups, and third-party partners is critical to the success of the portfolio. This position may be based in Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston based on candidate preference/location.
