About The Position

TISAS Arms Corp is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the day-to-day marketing functions in the U.S. market. This role is responsible for defining and executing marketing strategy, protecting and evolving the brand, and driving marketing activities to build the TISAS brand in the U.S. The scope includes social media, email marketing, digital and print content, dealer marketing, product launch strategy, trade show representation, and direct client and dealer engagement. The Marketing Manager will also provide hands-on sales support at events and in lead development, working closely with the Sales team. This is a self-directed role requiring independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance, including campaign strategy, brand direction, budget allocation, vendor selection, and event participation. The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, outgoing, and self-directed, with familiarity or strong interest in the firearms industry and an understanding of its advertising restrictions and community norms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing, sales support, business development, or comparable experience, ideally in a consumer product, sporting goods, outdoor, defense, or similarly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing brand social media accounts and creating platform-appropriate content.
  • Comfort and skill in in-person representation — presenting at trade shows, staffing booths, engaging with dealers and customers, and delivering short product demonstrations or workshops.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clean, on-brand copy for social, email, web, and print — AND to hold a professional sales conversation with a dealer or account.
  • Working proficiency with common marketing tools such as email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or comparable), social scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or comparable), and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable).
  • Comfort working in CRM or lead-tracking systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or comparable) to manage a lead pipeline.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning new platforms and tools.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, events, and open sales opportunities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a small-team environment with limited direct supervision.
  • Eligible to possess firearms under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)) and Georgia law, as this role involves handling firearms for photography, video, and product content creation.
  • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).
  • Must pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Prior marketing, sales, or business development experience in the firearms, sporting goods, hunting, or outdoor industry.
  • Familiarity with firearms industry advertising restrictions, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads firearms policies, and lawful compliant messaging.
  • Familiarity with the firearms media landscape, including major publications, YouTube channels, and industry influencers.
  • Prior inside sales, order management, or sales operations experience — including quote preparation and order-processing workflows.
  • Familiarity with FFL transfer processes and firearms-industry sales compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with product photography, video production, or basic video editing.
  • Prior trade show experience, particularly SHOT Show or NRA Annual Meeting.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or comparable).
  • Working knowledge of dealer co-op marketing programs, channel marketing, or government/LE sales channels (SAM.gov, FMS, state and municipal bidding).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Turkish.
