About The Position

Reporting to the Group President, the Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and maintaining the company’s brand identity and for driving measurable marketing outcomes, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and contribution to pipeline growth. The Marketing Manager will also oversee the Marketing Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in marketing, including content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or technical environment
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as content management systems, graphic design software, and social media scheduling tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and content analytics
  • Basic graphic design skills with knowledge of visual composition, typography, and image editing
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and exploring innovative content formats
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
  • CRM management experience
  • Must be able to read, write and speak/understand English fluently

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes a content strategy that aligns with brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Owns and executes lead generation activities, ensuring content and campaigns drive measurable engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Manages external marketing agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and commercial objectives.
  • Creates engaging, high-quality written content for multiple platforms, including website, social media, campaigns, and marketing material.
  • Oversees SEO strategy and website optimization to increase organic traffic and conversions.
  • Designs visually appealing graphics and assets to accompany written content, including social media posts, infographics, and illustrations.
  • Manages and optimizes content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Manages content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
  • Owns execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website initiatives.
  • Conducts research and stays updated on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content creation strategies.
  • Tracks and reports content performance using analytics tools and makes data-driven decisions to optimize content effectiveness and improve performance.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, engineering) to develop accurate and relevant content.
  • Owns and manages the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, campaign performance, and pipeline visibility.
  • Performs other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required.
