About The Position

Our cultivation process is natural and carefully controlled to ensure purity. We offer products designed to alleviate various medical symptoms and work closely with physicians to ensure patients receive compassionate care and the correct dosages. This Marketing Manager role is crucial for executing national campaigns and brand strategies at the local level, driving customer engagement and sales through various marketing initiatives. Success will be measured by key metrics such as customer count, retention, average ticket size, and visit frequency. The role involves collaborating with sales, production, community engagement, and physician teams to translate go-to-market strategies into actionable local programs, including developing daily communication plans and ensuring timely, accurate campaign execution. Performance monitoring and reporting are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
  • 4+ years of working experience in marketing. Retail marketing a plus.
  • Successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their quotas.
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
  • Prior experience managing events and marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, event planning, out of home media, and other advertising mediums.
  • The ability to plan, execute, and analyze an overall marketing strategy including paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners.
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with internal sales and operations teams.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Acute attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with national marketing team functions to build actionable campaigns, including writing briefs for creative asset development.
  • Collaborate with hub sales and production teams to align on product launch timing, restocks, and product mix strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and analyze marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate market planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders to build marketing event and program calendars.
  • Support national and hub initiatives to deliver business goals and build brand loyalty.
  • Produce and maintain a marketing calendar including product launches, local activations, paid/earned media, and campaign support.
  • Research and develop insights on local market opportunities and buying trends.
  • Manage local marketing budget, conduct post-event/campaign evaluations, and ROI analysis.
  • Report and share results and recommendations with sales and marketing teams, and pivot strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate and share best practices, lessons learned, and post-recaps with the Regional Marketing team.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with partners.
