About The Position

UrbanCore Construction is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the rollout of their newly rebranded identity. This individual-contributor role, reporting directly to the CEO, involves owning internal communications, planning employee and family events, building a video content engine featuring actual employees and projects, and managing marketing efforts for both the Multifamily and Special Projects divisions. The company emphasizes a culture of doing the right thing, customer experience, and attention to detail.

Requirements

3-5 years of marketing experience.
Professional-grade video shooting and editing skills (e.g., Premiere or Final Cut).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Experience with CMS, email, and social media tools.
Ability to connect with both field crews and executives.
A four-year degree is preferred.
A driver's license is required.
Willingness to be on jobsites most weeks.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, real estate, development, or professional services.
Ability to plan and host great parties.

Responsibilities

Manage internal communications, including newsletters, all-hands materials, onboarding, and recognition programs.
Plan and execute employee and family events such as family days, cookouts, holiday parties, service awards, and tailgates.
Oversee the brand rollout across various platforms including website, proposals, collateral, jobsite signage, trailers, vehicles, apparel, and social media.
Develop and manage the video engine, including shooting, editing, and publishing content about company culture, crews, projects, and recruiting.
Handle marketing for both the Multifamily and Special Projects divisions, including planning, budgeting, RFP/RFQ responses, and external events.
