About The Position

Canteen is redefining the way people experience food, refreshment, and workplace culture — and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. Based in Charlotte, NC, this role takes the lead on marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that support our partner brands across Canada, giving you the opportunity to flex your project management muscle on a truly cross-border stage. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing, ideally within B2B and/or foodservice
  • A track record of leading marketing projects and brand initiatives from start to finish
  • Sharp copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork
  • Comfort preparing marketing proposals, briefs, and presentations
  • Familiarity with social media, website, and marketing automation tools

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Canadian digital marketing landscape (laws, best practices, etc) strongly preferred
  • French language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
  • Partner with internal teams to shape and optimize marketing campaigns from concept to launch
  • Lead brand management and creative initiatives across multiple concurrent projects
  • Guide organic marketing efforts across social, digital, and select print channels
  • Keep content and messaging aligned across marketing calendars, timelines, and supporting materials
  • Evaluate creative performance and set clear specifications for digital and print assets
  • Track and report on campaign performance against ROI and KPI goals
  • Craft persuasive, on-brand copy for social media, email, web, and beyond
  • Build and manage a project calendar to keep content and campaigns on schedule
  • Turn data into direction — identify trends and optimize based on performance
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across every touchpoint
  • Instrument conversion points and fine-tune user funnels
  • Bring (or build) working knowledge of Canadian digital marketing requirements — privacy laws, CASL, and language nuances
