About The Position

The Marketing Manager will support the marketing department and oversee the brand experience across all digital, social, and traditional marketing channels. This position is responsible for leading social media strategy and execution, managing the hotel’s digital presence, and supporting revenue-driving campaigns across rooms, food & beverage, spa, retail, and events. The Marketing Manager will serve as a brand guardian and key liaison between property teams, corporate partners, and external agencies to ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and business objectives. This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and revenue through strategic storytelling, content creation, digital optimization, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand English

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, Lightroom)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML coding and working with email programs
  • Experience in photography / photo editing
  • Experience with social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google, Snapchat required
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi task and take direction under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the property social media strategy across all platforms.
  • Coordinate and capture on-site social media content and facilitate monthly content reviews.
  • Develop, plan, and execute promotional campaigns across social channels for food & beverage, weddings, spa, rooms, and events.
  • Monitor and respond to online guest feedback as part of proactive reputation management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify storytelling opportunities and property highlights.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms.
  • Oversee the annual digital marketing plan and broader marketing strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Manage property digital strategy across Marriott.com and third-party travel sites.
  • Maintain website updates across hotel, dining, and venue pages, including menus, hours, event pages, and SEO health.
  • Monitor and recommend SEO enhancements in collaboration with Marriott Digital Services and agency partners.
  • Update Marriott property catalogs and Google Business listings.
  • Manage event ticketing setup through SevenRooms.
  • Partner with the paid media agency to develop seasonal and evergreen campaigns, including tracking and performance reporting.
  • Develop, segment, write, and deploy CRM messaging campaigns.
  • Support group lead generation and group platform updates.
  • Monitor travel trends, booking insights, OTA strategy, and promotional planning.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management on OTA strategy, including bid and budget adjustments and hotel positioning.
  • Coordinate marketing performance reporting and insights for leadership.
  • Serve as brand guardian and liaison to ensure all marketing and collateral reflect brand standards and voice.
  • Lead asset development for marketing collateral and property photoshoots.
  • Manage photography distribution and digital asset organization.
  • Support public-facing hotel touchpoints including print, digital, and on-property placements.
  • Facilitate advertising requests with the corporate brand team and maintain engagement with senior creative leadership.
  • Manage internal and external partners to ensure marketing deliverables are executed.
  • Support the strategic approach to property promotions and campaigns.
  • Maintain creative awareness across departments through internal communications channels and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with IT on digital signage and property updates.
  • Partner with DOPA and Sales to ensure invoices are accounted for and support month-end financial reporting.
  • Track campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
