We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee branding, communications, public relations, social media, website content, and community outreach while ensuring consistent, mission-driven messaging. This leadership role manages staff, contractors, and external partners, develops marketing strategies, supports fundraising and awareness campaigns, oversees branding across multiple locations, and collaborates with departments, board members, and community stakeholders to advance organizational goals.

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Nonprofit experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Comfortable managing budgets.
  • Comfortable supervising staff.
  • Ability to create compelling content.
  • Up to 20% statewide travel.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • High school diploma or GED.
