MBK Real Estate is adding a Corporate Marketing Manager to support our Senior Living team. The position will be hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in our Irvine, CA headquarters. Job Summary: The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of senior living communities. This position works in close partnership with Sales, Operations, and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified leads, elevate brand positioning, and improve conversion performance. The role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and events. The Marketing Manager oversees agency partners, evaluates performance data, and continuously refines marketing strategy to maximize results. Serving as both a strategic partner and hands-on execution lead, this role balances high-level planning with day-to-day campaign management to ensure marketing initiatives are impactful, aligned, and effectively delivered. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to transform insights into actionable marketing strategies that directly support business objectives and long-term growth.
