About The Position

Pearl Talent is seeking a Marketing Manager for a ~50-person, award-winning, design-forward web agency specializing in enterprise Webflow development. This role is the company's first dedicated marketing hire and will be responsible for owning the content engine end-to-end and establishing a consistent publishing rhythm across LinkedIn and email. The agency serves major enterprise clients and has earned top industry recognition for its work. The Marketing Manager will audit and clear the content backlog, run the content calendar, QA case studies and creative assets, own the email newsletter, and manage the company's LinkedIn presence. The role requires a candidate who is empathetic, organized, and passionate about improving patient experiences through operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B content marketing experience at a digital agency, SaaS company, or professional services firm.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a multi-channel content calendar (LinkedIn, email, blog) with a sustained publishing cadence.
  • Work examples of B2B case studies, LinkedIn content, or email campaigns previously owned.
  • Email marketing platform experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, or equivalent) including full campaign builds from copy through send.
  • Experience reviewing creative work in Figma (view/comment level) and coordinating revisions with design teams.
  • Hands-on use of Asana (or comparable project management tool) plus Google Docs and Sheets for content tracking.
  • C1+ English (CEFR) with demonstrated professional written proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Webflow experience, or a comparable modern CMS background (WordPress, HubSpot CMS).
  • Prior experience as a first marketing hire or building a marketing function from scratch.
  • Experience running leadership activation or employee advocacy programs on LinkedIn.
  • Exposure to SEO or content analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).

Responsibilities

  • Audit the backlog of unpublished case studies, ebooks, and visual assets to determine what is publish-ready.
  • Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn (primary), email newsletter, and Instagram (secondary) on a consistent cadence.
  • Maintain the content calendar in Asana and Google Sheets.
  • Surface new content opportunities proactively and pitch them to leadership.
  • Review case studies and marketing assets for storytelling, messaging, and design consistency.
  • Coordinate revisions with internal designers via Slack and Figma.
  • Apply final quality control so every asset ships polished and on-brand.
  • Own strategy, copywriting, design coordination, and send cadence for the company newsletter.
  • Balance case study promotion with value-added content for a B2B audience.
  • Collaborate with the internal content writer on long-form editorial pieces.
  • Evaluate and set up the email marketing platform if none is in place.
  • Manage the company LinkedIn page: post scheduling, engagement, and brand consistency.
  • Activate leadership and team members to amplify content on personal profiles.
  • Publish to Instagram as a secondary channel when bandwidth allows.
  • Coordinate with designers, the project manager, and leadership via Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Log time allocation at a high level in the agency's timesheet system.
  • Keep projects moving independently, escalating only when genuinely needed.
