Marketing Manager

Speer Technologies IncToronto, ON
CA$70,000 - CA$120,000Hybrid

About The Position

Speer Technologies is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Marketing Manager to help define and scale our marketing function. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, balancing remote flexibility with regular in-office attendance to support meetings, coordination, and team collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B marketing, positioning, demand generation, campaign strategy, content creation, social media, and full-funnel performance. You will work closely with leadership, sales, design, and delivery teams to translate Speer’s work, capabilities, client outcomes, and intellectual property experience into clear messaging and revenue-generating campaigns. We are not looking for someone focused only on impressions, clicks, or surface-level metrics. We are looking for someone who can assess real market signals, test ideas quickly, refine messaging, create compelling content, build effective social media campaigns, and turn marketing activity into qualified inbound leads, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of how to use social media, content, and campaign strategy to build awareness, drive engagement, and convert interest into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Ability to connect marketing performance to sales outcomes, including meetings booked, proposals sent, pipeline generated, and deals closed.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
