The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving audience growth, brand performance, and platform engagement for their assigned KSL business unit. Serving as the primary marketing lead for the business, this role develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that support business objectives, increase audience engagement, and drive measurable growth across a variety of marketing channels. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans and overseeing execution across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, app marketing, email, on-site promotional placements, traditional advertising, partnerships, events, and other owned and paid channels. The Marketing Manager uses data, audience insights, and performance reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic recommendations to influence business decisions and improve results. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is a key member of the marketing team and collaborates closely with product managers, business directors, sales leaders, analysts, social media and creative teams to develop and execute high-impact campaigns on behalf of their assigned business unit. Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion. This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our office in downtown SLC. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management. Employee will need to be on-site during the training period.
