About The Position

Bucketlist Rewards is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can manage multiple workstreams at once, move fast, and execute with precision. You'll report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and ABM, and work cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, and Partner teams to drive pipeline across email, campaigns, content, web, and social. If you've built things from scratch in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment and have strong instincts for what actually converts, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related generalist function
  • Excellent project management and communication skills. You keep things moving, and can work on multiple projects at once.
  • Proven track record executing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact
  • Exposure to or experience supporting ABM programs and partner marketing campaigns
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, reporting) and WordPress. Clay, Apollo, and gifting platforms are a plus
  • Actively explores emerging technologies, especially AI and LLMs, with a track record of turning new tools into real productivity and campaign impact

Responsibilities

  • Own the full email marketing program: strategy, build, send, and optimization
  • Build and manage nurture and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, covering lead progression, re-engagement, and expansion motions
  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, landing pages, webinars, events, and content programs
  • Translate business priorities into campaign plans, audience segmentation, and messaging. Ensure every program is tracked and optimized for pipeline impact
  • Act as an active stakeholder in ABM execution, supporting audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign delivery against named account lists
  • Support partner marketing campaigns end to end, including co-branded programs with integration and channel partners
  • Own day-to-day website management: publishing blogs, building and optimizing landing pages, and maintaining the site in WordPress
  • Write long-form content and blog posts that support SEO, thought leadership, and campaign objectives
  • Own organic social media: strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting across channels
  • Support event execution, including promotion, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up sequences
