Lafayette Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic, execution-minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive member engagement, acquisition, and growth across Lafayette Federal’s branch network. This role is responsible for developing and executing localized, branch-centric marketing strategies that increase foot traffic, deepen member relationships, support branch sales goals, and strengthen the connection between our brand and the communities we serve. Working closely with Branch Operations, Branch Managers, and Business Development teams, this role translates enterprise marketing strategies into effective, on-the-ground programs that support branch performance and community presence.
