About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and help us protect future generations from smartphone addiction. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with Stephan, a growth hacker with experience building a $1 million ARR Marketing agency. You will be responsible for creating and executing various marketing initiatives from scratch, utilizing AI tools and automations to streamline processes. We are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute and are not afraid to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role, but rather an execution-focused position.

Requirements

• Willingness to get hands dirty
• 2-5 years of work experience
• Passion for content, writing, blogging and social media
• Excitement about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general
• Desire to become the Head of Marketing of a tech startup

Responsibilities

• Content creation for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more with the help of AI tools and automations
• Content distribution via Loomly, AI agents or other tools
• Replicate Gymshark66 Challenge and find 100+ Affiliates to become Lemio brand ambassadors
• PR publications
• Community Building: Email distributions to our various email lists
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows
