About The Position

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee marketing operations, production workflows, vendor relationships, and budget management for CHCA's Marketing & Communications team. This role will also support email communication through our marketing automation tool. This role ensures the efficient execution of marketing initiatives that support CHCA's mission and strategic goals. Operating as a shared service for the entire school, the Marketing & Communications team supports a wide range of internal stakeholders-including Admissions, Athletics, Fine Arts, Community Engagement, Development, and more. As the primary point of contact for internal clients (our colleagues), the Marketing Manager will provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of projects. In this role, you will maintain the annual marketing plan and calendar, manage our project management tool, and coordinate photography schedules. You will also oversee inventory of marketing collateral, manage vendor contracts, and track deliverables. Additionally, you will handle global budget management for Marketing & Communications, process invoices, and support administrative needs for the department. This position will serve on a team with a Content Strategy & Communications Manager, Design & Marketing Strategy Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of marketing projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and marketing collateral management.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report metrics.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and track all projects.
  • Maintain and manage the annual Marketing & Communications plan and calendar.
  • Oversee photography schedule and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Organize archiving system and handle general department administrative needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, approvals, and feedback.
  • Build and send emails through CHCA's marketing automation tool, Veracross.
  • Ensure accuracy of lists, content, and formatting prior to deployment.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze email performance and identify opportunities to improve deliverability, engagement, and overall results.
  • Support the development of email best practices, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage production of all print advertising (digital managed by Digital Marketing Manager).
  • Oversee inventory of all CHCA marketing collateral.
  • Manage vendor relationships and track contract deliverables for all marketing vendors.
  • Manage global Marketing & Communications budget.
  • Process invoices and reconcile credit card transactions for the department.
  • Create and deploy post-event surveys; track and report engagement metrics.
