We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee marketing operations, production workflows, vendor relationships, and budget management for CHCA's Marketing & Communications team. This role will also support email communication through our marketing automation tool. This role ensures the efficient execution of marketing initiatives that support CHCA's mission and strategic goals. Operating as a shared service for the entire school, the Marketing & Communications team supports a wide range of internal stakeholders-including Admissions, Athletics, Fine Arts, Community Engagement, Development, and more. As the primary point of contact for internal clients (our colleagues), the Marketing Manager will provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of projects. In this role, you will maintain the annual marketing plan and calendar, manage our project management tool, and coordinate photography schedules. You will also oversee inventory of marketing collateral, manage vendor contracts, and track deliverables. Additionally, you will handle global budget management for Marketing & Communications, process invoices, and support administrative needs for the department. This position will serve on a team with a Content Strategy & Communications Manager, Design & Marketing Strategy Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of marketing projects.
