About The Position

Playing a key role in brand growth, campaign execution, and integrated marketing performance, the Marketing Manager will support development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role serves as a cross-functional generalist responsible for helping bring campaigns, product launches, programs, and initiatives to fruition across multiple channels and touchpoints. This position requires a proactive, organized, and commercially minded marketer who can balance strategy with execution while partnering closely with digital, live events, product, sales, and external partners. Role will help connect ideas into action, ensuring initiatives are cohesive, on-brand, and results driven.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, campaigns, content, and integrated execution.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into action.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and common marketing platforms.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in marketing, brand management, campaign execution, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting campaigns, launches, content creation, live events, or project coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional priorities.
  • Documentation showing eligibility to work in the United States will be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within medical devices, aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to brand priorities, product objectives, and business goals.
  • Help bring integrated campaigns to market across digital, live events, public relations, content, field, and sales channels.
  • Build briefs, timelines, trackers, and communication plans to keep initiatives organized and on schedule.
  • Coordinate approvals, routing, and final delivery of marketing assets across departments.
  • Coordinate campaigns, launches, promotions, and HCP programs from concept through execution.
  • Create presentations, sell sheets, launch materials, email copy, and promotional tools, as needed.
  • Manage calendars, milestone dates, and deliverables to ensure timely rollout of initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to support go-to-market readiness and smooth execution.
  • Assist in development of content for email, SMS, social media, websites, collateral, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Draft promotional copy, HCP communications, and campaign messaging aligned to brand standards.
  • Update and maintain website content, asset libraries (Showpad, etc…), and materials, as needed.
  • Coordinate with creative, agency, and vendor partners on content development and production.
  • Monitor trends and track competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Pull campaign reports, track KPIs, and summarize performance insights for leadership.
  • Support reporting related to launches, promotions, and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Recommend optimizations based on results and changing business priorities.
  • Support company-sponsored events, trainings, meetings, and customer programs through planning, logistics, and materials preparation.
  • Coordinate shipping, registrations, promotional items, booth assets, and onsite readiness for events, as needed.
  • Partner with digital, product, sales, and live events teams to execute integrated initiatives.
  • Provide onsite support for select events and activations, as needed.
  • Manage project trackers, invoices, budgets, purchase orders, and vendor documentation, as needed.
  • Maintain organized calendars, records, asset libraries (Showpad, etc..), and files.
  • Help improve workflows, efficiency, and execution standards across marketing function.
  • Operate with flexibility and urgency in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000, Commensurate with Experience
