As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the agent marketing experience across California offices. This includes executing the overarching strategy and developing tailored marketing plans that support individual agents across social, print, events, and client acquisition and retention. You will be deeply integrated into the business, with a strong emphasis on accountability, execution, and follow-through across statewide initiatives, ensuring a high standard of quality, creativity, and brand consistency across all marketing outputs. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with the broader marketing organization on high-impact projects while gaining hands-on experience in strategy, operations, and growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee California’s social media presence across key platforms—including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram—while developing programs that enhance brand reputation and visibility, with a focus on elevated, cohesive content and thoughtful presentation. This role will also lead agent onboarding into Douglas Elliman’s marketing ecosystem, ensuring adoption and effective use of best-in-class tools and platforms. This position is highly focused on brand management, agent retention, content development, and social media strategy, while also supporting the real estate team with a range of marketing initiatives, including presentations, creative assets, and campaign materials. The position will oversee and manage two marketing coordinators.
