The Marketing Manager efdoralprin Alfa will support the execution of the global HCP and patient marketing strategy for efdoralprin alfa (Dora) in Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (AAT). This is a hands-on execution role for a high-potential marketer looking to build deep rare disease launch experience on a once-in-a-generation opportunity — the first meaningful innovation in AAT treatment in 30–40 years. AAT is a genetic disease-causing severe lung disease and premature death if left untreated, yet it remains chronically underdiagnosed. This role is critical to executing both HCP engagement and patient marketing initiatives before and through launch, translating strategy into flawless day-to-day delivery with a strong focus on omnichannel marketing execution. Based in the US, this role works in close, daily collaboration with the Marketing Director efdoralprin alfa as well as the broader Global Brand team, US and EU country teams. The Manager ensures that both branded and unbranded marketing initiatives are executed with excellence and are locally relevant.
