About The Position

Develops and leads the marketing strategy for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment as well as to modify and optimize strategies as necessary. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors of complex support, production marketing team(s). Uses segment specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing programs and/or products in collaboration with agencies, product, sales and technical teams. Successfully negotiates contracts and activates vendor relationships for the benefit of the Company and our brand. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address agility, resource and operational challenges. Provides marketing support for alternative marketing channels such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, etc. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. The Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager will develop and execute Wealth Management marketing campaigns to drive acquisition of emerging affluent clients via our online investing products or our virtual advisory center. The Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager will work closely with the Wealth Management business line to understand their goals and priorities. They will leverage data and analytics to deliver marketing across channels including email, online, mobile, ATM, social media, and other channels. Coordinates with marketing channel partners to develop channel specific content and testing plans. They will develop campaign themes and creative assets across channels. They will work with our analytics partners to track key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment and to optimize strategies, tactics and content as necessary. The right candidate will be adaptable and able to learn systems and compliance requirements that can change on a frequent basis. Candidates should have a proven ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment and adapt to the always changing financial market environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  • Adaptable and able to learn systems and compliance requirements that can change on a frequent basis.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment and adapt to the always changing financial market environment.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
