This role is responsible for the ownership and strategic roadmap of the holistic digital ecosystem, including the corporate website (Sitecore), mobile app, digital asset management system, and integrated on-site multimedia displays. The position involves serving as the primary contact for website-related issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The 'brand gatekeeper' will manage content updates, conduct QA/UAT, and maintain brand consistency. Collaboration with Business Units to understand UI/UX requirements and translate them into digital solutions is key. The role also includes coordinating with external agencies for creative and technical assets, and monitoring website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and Sitecore to provide optimization recommendations. Additionally, the position supports project planning, tracking, and reporting for digital initiatives using tools like Jira, participates in User Acceptance Testing, and implements and manages GEO/AIO for website search performance enhancement. Operational support includes assisting with annual budget planning and procurement.
