As the Marketing Manager of planning and resource management, you will report to the Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing Strategic Operations and serve as both the strategic and operational backbone of H&R Block’s Marketing organization. You will lead the annual planning process end to end, oversee the marketing initiative portfolio, and build a unified roadmap and campaign calendar that keeps teams aligned, while driving integrated planning across stakeholders to create clear visibility into priorities, timelines, and dependencies. You will also develop and maintain resource and capacity models that provide real-time insight into workload, constraints, and tradeoffs, helping leadership navigate shifting priorities and make informed decisions. In addition, you will support financial and operational governance by partnering with Finance and Procurement to ensure marketing investments are optimized, providing transparency into vendor spend, performance, and overall return on investment.
