The Workforce Management, Inventory and Payroll team is seeking a Marketing Manager, Retail Inventory and Resources. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team responsible for managing the backbone of retail operations from payroll for 2,000+ store associates to $120M+ in annual budget allocation. You'll work with data to make decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability. This role acts as a strategic partner across Supply Operations and Store Operations, using data-driven insights to improve sales performance, operational effectiveness, and customer experience across all our retail stores. The successful candidate will balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution, supporting resource allocation decisions while identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes. We value detail, data accuracy, curiosity, and storytelling with data. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations, implement initiatives, and support operational excellence across stores.
