What you'll do The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the holistic omnichannel strategy to optimize GTM performance in communities. This role requires expertise in local activation, event coordination, and channel implementation. Holistic Omni-channel Strategy and Implementation: Develop community attack playbook using appropriate channels Optimize GTM performance across all channels Create omnichannel strategies to maximize impact Ensure experience consistency across all touchpoints Local Activation and Event Calendar: Create holistic view of event and activation calendar Prioritize, coordinate, and enable community events and activities Manage local activation in Falcon communities Coordinate launches and local initiatives Cross-Functional Alignment and Coordination: Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination Coordinate with channel, product, and operations teams Facilitate collaboration between different functions Manage interdependencies between initiatives Channel Enablement: Develop playbooks Create and manage training cadence Attend training and support field sales teams Marketing Assets Enablement and Coordination: Coordinate marketing assets for channels, partners, influencers Develop social selling strategies Create social media playbooks Develop campaigns, rallies, scripts, etc.
