As Creative Strategy Manager supporting Omni Creative, you'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and creative execution - providing guidance and recommendations on how the Hard Rock Bet brand comes to life across omni-channel marketing and ensuring creative placements drive results across Casino and Sports. You'll be a senior individual contributor and the connective tissue between the creative team, agency partners, and Omni and Marketing stakeholders - providing clear strategic direction and brand guidance throughout the process from research and brief development through creative review, approval, and optimization. Your primary mission is to drive creative effectiveness across all omni-channel touchpoints by grounding every decision in insight and business goals, and building the systems that make great work possible at scale.
