We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Manager, Monetization to drive our free-to-paid upgrades program and associated landing page performance. This employee will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of free-to-paid initiatives, unlocking incremental revenue through experimentation, pricing and promotion optimization, funnel improvements, and partner collaboration across Product, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance. You’ll partner with others on the Monetization team to build a roadmap that balances near-term growth with long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and has a deep understanding of subscription business models and conversion mechanics. This is a Hybrid position located in our New York office. We value in-office collaboration and meaningful interactions, so expect that you will be able to be in the office on a regular basis according to team needs. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to the New York office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
