This role will sit at the intersection of field enablement, marketing strategy, technology, and operations—driving the effective delivery, governance, and optimization of content, tools, and workflows that power field and advisor engagement. This individual will play a key role in administering and enhancing our marketing technology ecosystem, including sales enablement, digital asset management, and work management capabilities. They will ensure content is discoverable, compliant, and effectively activated across distribution channels while enabling scale through streamlined processes and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate brings financial services or insurance marketing experience, a strong understanding of MarTech infrastructure, and a passion for operational excellence. They are equally comfortable managing platforms, optimizing workflows, and enabling end users in a regulated, client-focused environment.
