Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, retail preferred
- 3+ years of strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation and personalization
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools to drive action
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate ambiguity across teams, projects, and priorities
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex email campaigns supporting Makeup, Loyalty, and value programs
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to provide email strategy, channel best practices, and performance-based recommendations
- Define segmentation strategies to expand personalization and drive deeper channel engagement
- Collaborate with Email Marketing Operations to QA emails, ensuring flawless content, linking, and tracking
- Support the execution and adoption of strategic Email MarTech initiatives in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and technology vendors
- Translate business objectives into technology-enabled marketing solutions leveraging customer data architecture, automation, and campaign orchestration capabilities
- Identify, prioritize, and execute experimentation opportunities including AI-enabled capabilities, dynamic content, and emerging technologies
- Stay at the forefront of email marketing technology and industry innovation, proactively evaluating new tools and best practices
- Analyze email performance across all KPIs to inform campaign strategies and surface key trends
- Consolidate and socialize wins, test results, and future recommendations with stakeholders
